Student Assist job postings: Student assist is employment on campus that is not part of your financial aid package. As long as you are enrolled at least half-time, you may apply for any of the student assist positions on campus that appeal to you, even if you do not qualify for work study.

New Hire Paperwork:

	Criminal Background Check Form - Must be completed by all new student employees. Turn in to Human Resources Office.
	I-9 Form - Must be completed by all new student employees. Turn in to Financial Aid Office.
	W-4 Form - Must be completed by all new student employees. Turn in to Financial Aid Office.
	Direct Deposit Form - Must be completed by all new student employees. Turn in to Financial Aid Office.
	MN Residency Form - To be completed (annually) by MN residents only. Turn in to Financial Aid Office.
	Selective Service Compliance Statement - To be completed by all male student employees. Turn in to Financial Aid Office.
	International Tax Packet- Must be completed by all new International student employees. Turn in to Financial Aid Office.
	Student Employment Confidentiality Agreement - Must be completed by all student employees that are new to a department/area. Turn in to your supervisor.
