Orientation Part 1: SOAR (Summer Orientation Advisement and Registration)
SOAR is a 1.5 day program offered on a variety of dates throughout the summer.
New students who have earned 21 credits or less are required to participate in
this special early advisement, registration and orientation program.

During SOAR students have the opportunity to meet current students, faculty, and
staff, learn about our programs and services, and select and register for fall
courses.

Parent & Family Program
Takes place at the same time as the SOAR programming.This program helps parents/family become better acquainted with the campus, services available, programs, and staff.

Parents and families play an important role in a student's transition into college. We want to partner with them to ensure that their student has a rewarding and successful experience at UW-Superior.
