Connie is a 1970 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1976. She has been a Senior Judge, Mediator and Arbitrator since 2006.  She was Chief Judge, Second Judicial District (Denver, CO) from 1993-2000; and District Judge, since 1985. Connie was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrecht, P.C. where she practiced water and natural resources law and commercial litigation from 2000 to 2006. She is also a member of the College of Commercial Arbitrators National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and Colorado Super Lawyers.

Connie is from Superior, WI, but currently resides in Denver, CO and Hayward, WI.
