Estelle is a 1969 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.  She received her Masters of Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, MO  where she currently serves as its Director of Student Affairs.  Estelle is active in volunteering which include board memberships.

Estelle is married with one daughter.
