Special Education (M.S.E.) - Admissions Requirements

Application for all prospective M.S.E.-Special Education students requires:

1. admission to the Graduate Studies program,

2. evidence of current teacher certification (provide the Graduate Studies Office with a copy of your current teaching license),

3. three letters of recommendation (at least one must be from an employer),

4. evidence of criminal background check, if you do not hold a current teaching license,

5. a typewritten autobiographical essay,

6. Graduate Record Examination (GRE), and

7. an applicant interview.
