POSITION:	Instructional Program Manager II, Distance Learning Center
POSITION NO:	12-05
DUTIES:	Design and implement courses and programs for instruction integrating technology, for programs offered through the Distance Learning Center.Provide service to the university. Demonstrate continued professional growth. The complete Position Description may be viewed here.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:	Master's degree in Educational Technology, Curriculum/Instruction, or related field plus one year additional graduate work in instructional design or related field. A minimum of one year of part-time (at least 50%) experience designing online instruction in higher education. Experience providing multi-media technical support for faculty and staff.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:	Experience teaching online in higher education to students at a distance The successful candidate will be dynamic, energetic, creative, and engaging.The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the public liberal arts mission and must be committed to the highest ethical standards and must demonstrate effective leadership and teamwork skills. Candidates that incorporate issues of inclusive excellence and diversity within their curriculum are especially encouraged to apply.
SALARY:	This position has a salary of $57,000. UW-Superior offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance coverage for domestic partners and their eligible dependents.
