University Theatre presents the production, "The Memory of Water" Nov. 15-17 and Nov. 22-24 in Manion Theater in the Holden Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
The sisters deal with the death and how it directly affects them. theme of the play is memory. The sisters' memories interact with each other and show that, despite synchronicities of time and place, they cannot agree upon one unifying experience. The sisters drift around their own islands of memory, unable to agree on one particular point, and yet are unified by their familial bond. "Some things stay in your bones."
