Federal grant to help fund Student Support Services

A newly received federal grant will help fund Student Support Services at UW-Superior for another five years.

A federal grant will help fund Student Support Services at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, enabling the university to continue offering tutoring, remedial work, disability support services, and outreach to first-generation, low-income college students.

The grant provides $301,692 a year for five years. UW-Superior also partially funds Student Support Services.

UW-Superior was one of 22 Wisconsin universities and colleges to receive grants through the competitive process.
