Two UW-Superior Transportation and Logistics Management Students Win Prestigious National and Regional Scholarships.

Brian Bellin has been awarded the Howard Bernstein Industrial Distribution Scholarship sponsored by TEKLYNX, Material Handling Wholesaler Magazine, AK Material Handling and CMH Services in the amount of $5,000 for the 2014/2015 academic term from the Material Handling Education Foundation, Inc.

Andrew Kast has been awarded the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Twin Cities Roundtable Scholarship for $1,000 for the 2014/2015 academic term.

The scholarships are competitive and winners can be graduate as well as undergraduate students. The Materials Handling Scholarships are awarded to students from a select group of pre-approved universities that have majors supporting the mission of the organization. The UW-Superior Transportation and Logistics (T&L) Management major is one of the pre-approved programs of study.

The Twin Cities Roundtable scholarships are awarded to students from regional universities studying supply chain management. UW-Superior's Transportation and Logistics Management program has long standing relationships with both organizations and T&L students have frequently won scholarships from these professional organizations.
