More than 200 students received their diplomas as hundreds of family members and friends as the University of Wisconsin-Superior celebrated its Winter Commencement on Saturday, Dec. 17.

Read Dr. Justin Patchin's Commencement address

Chancellor Renée Wachter presided over the ceremony and presented diplomas to students who have earned associate, bachelor's, master's and specialist's degrees. The university will grant 207 bachelor's degrees and graduate degrees.

Keynote speaker was Dr. Justin Patchin, UW-Superior alumnus, associate professor of criminal justice at UW-Eau Claire, and nationally recognized expert on cyberbullying.

Delivering the student address was Joseph Morcomb of Forest Lake, Minn., a graduate student who was chosen from among student nominees.
