The World Student Association (WSA) is the biggest student organization at UW-Superior. WSA has the mission to promote global diversity and inclusion on campus and host events with this purpose. The most noted annual event is Cultural Night, held in November, a night of international cuisine, performances, and fashion.

Each year, WSA does numerous activities:

  • An excursion to the Mall of America, the biggest shopping center in the United States, just two hours away.

  • A ski trip to Spirit Mountain, the biggest ski slope in the Minnesota/Wisconsin region just 15 minutes from UW-Superior campus.

  • Canoeing or whitewater rafting along local lakes and rivers.

  • A Saturday trip to ValleyFair Amusement Park. (Pictures)
