The figures above do not include MEDICAL INSURANCE, which costs $1040 for the 2011-12 academic year, or BOOKS & SUPPLIES, for which students should budget approximately $800 per year. Also not included above are PERSONAL & TRAVEL EXPENSES, which each individual student ultimately determines. We recommend that students budget at least $2,080 for these.

Note that in the United States, the average increase for university tuition is approximately 6% per year. In recent years, cost increases for UW-Superior international students have been slightly below the national average.
