Bus Shuttle Available for MLK March and Rally

Bus Shuttle Available for MLK March and Rally

Are you interested in taking part of the Twin Ports Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Day March and Rally on January 21? UW-Superior as a campus has attended and participated in this event for 13 consecutive years now. This year we are providing a free bus shuttle for those UW-Superior campus members who would like to attend. There are 47 available seats.

Bus Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times and Locations:

Pick up time: 9:15 am at the Yellowjacket Union Entrance (by the Jacket Book and Supply)
March: will begin at 10 am on the corner of 4th Street W. and Lake Ave.

Rally: will begin at the DECC with the airing of the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony at 10:45 am with the Rally program following

Bus Shuttle Pick Up: 1 pm by the DECC Auditorium Entrance
Back on Campus: 1:20 pm

The MLK March and Rally is one of the programs included in the UW-Superior's First
Year Experience's "Winter Welcome." The Winter Welcome events are sponsored by the UW-Superior's First Year Experience, Student Involvement, Office of Multicultural Affairs, Office of International Programs, Campus Recreation, and Veteran and Nontraditional Student Center.
