The University of Wisconsin-Superior campus will honor graduating students of color for the 2012-2013 academic year. This will be our 16th annual Graduates of Color Honoring Reception. 

Everyone is invited to attend this amazing event which will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, May 17 in the Multicultural Center in Old Main, room 232. 

We will recognize each of our African American, American Indian, Hispanic, Asian American and other students who have been consistently involved in our programming. These are students who have graduated in December 2012 or will graduate in May 2013.

Cultural performances and presentations will be a part of this reception. A "Community Diversity Award" will be presented to Alumnus Carl Crawford (Lake Superior College Intercultural Student Coordinator) for his outstanding work in the area of diversity and equity in our communities. December 2012 graduate Brianna Crumbaker will be the student keynote.
 
Food will be served.
