Committee Charge

The Judicial Appeals Committee hears all student appeals on rulings by either the hearing examiner, the Nonacademic Misconduct Hearing Committee, or the Academic Misconduct Hearing Committee (Ch. 14.09 or 17.07). As of 3/08, the Chancellor has directed that all student misconduct appeals be handled by the Student Misconduct Appeals Committee.

(Members of this committee cannot serve on the Academic Misconduct Hearing Committee or the Nonacademic Misconduct Hearing Committee.).
