Open forums where held on November 11 & 12, 2008. Over 80 people attended the first forum and 60 people attended the second forum. The many ideas generated by participants were recorded on flip charts, entered into spreadsheets and sorted by area/topic. The groups were asked to break out three ideas from their lists into Long Term Goals and the Low Hanging Fruit.
