0-5k and Beyond! with Becca: Ever wanted to run but just haven't found your ground? Are you an experienced runner and looking to fit more running into your schedule? Join Becca on the track and get moving! Intensity: Easy - Hard
Aquafit with Katie: Jump in! Aquafit will give you a workout that will challenge your entire body. No swimming skills necessary. Intensity: Mild
Beginner Basics w/Becca:Want to get in shape but don't know where to begin? Or, maybe you just want to start your morning out right with a light workout routine to get your muscles moving and blood flowing! Becca will lead you through various routines involving cardio, dance, equipment, and stretching. Sometime classes will include interactive games that will get your body moving. Intensity:Easy to Moderate
Butt & Gutt w/Teal: Butt and Gut class will target the abs and glutes as you tone and tighten!Intensity:Moderate to Hard
Boot Camp w/Rafael: Join Rafael in the field house to do various calisthenics and a variety of cardio around the track to improve strength, stamina, and motivation. Intensity:Moderate to Hard
Kick-Boxing w/Ayoub:Ayoub will take you through a full body martial arts workout thats will combine some interval style cardio with strength, speed, endurance, and agility training. Experience is not required. All fitness levels are welcome to come.
Tai Chi /Qi-Gong w/Ayoub:Tai Chi is a slow-moving, Chinese martial art that combines movements for relaxation, health, and self defense. It is considered a "soft" martial art and is executed at a low intensity. Qi-Gong is a kind of moving meditation that promotes good health through simple, slow-moving exercises and synchronized breathing.
Power Vinyasa Yoga w/Alyssa:Thisupbeat style of yoga will energize you and help improve your balance, flexibility and posture, while helping you build strength and stay fit. Vinyasa yoga focuses on the breath connection through flowing and changing poses. Intensity: Moderate
Hatha "Easy Does It Yoga" w/Alyssa:Take your lunch hour to relax during the middle of your busy day! Focus on the body-mind connection as you tune into defining movements through posture, breath, and pose. Intensity: Easy
Pilates w/Pilar:Work on flexibility, strength, and endurance through fluid movements that begin with your core . Obtain a greater range of motion as you energize yourself! This Pilates class is a mat Pilates class. Intensity:Moderate
Step: Sculpt in Motion w/Becca:Step will help you get your heart rate up and keep it up through a high-energy fat burning session! Intensity: Moderate to Hard
Total Toning w/Teal:This is a muscular strength and endurance workout that will teach participants how to use dumbbells and a variety of other resistance and stability props. Intensity: Moderate to Hard
Hardcore Abs w/Rafael:Work towards the rock hard waist you have always wanted and get to know your core!! Intensity:Moderate to Hard
All experience levels encouraged to attend! Fitness level of difficulty varies. No sign up necessary and no commitment is required.
