Is high fructose corn syrup bad for me? Should I be eating agave nectar instead? How can I figure out when a food has sugar in it? Maybe I should just jive up sugar altogether?
If you are wondering any of these questions, please join Sherie Nelson, UW-Superior's Campus Wellness Dietitian, for a discussion about the different types of sugars, their nutritional value, how to identify sugars, and how much of them to eat.
