Join Superior Adventures for a trip to the Manitou River where we will ice climb and take in some of the most amazing winter scenery in Northern MN. The climbing site is located at the base of the Manitou River valley just downstream from some breath taking frozen waterfalls.

Never ice climbed before? No Problem. You don't need to have any sort of experience. We will teach you everything. No experience necessary.

We will be joining St. Scholastica for this trip, so come mingle with some of students from across the bridge!!

We will meet the Outdoor Pursuits office at the College of St Scholastica at 7:30am and return at approximately 4:30pm. There is a lot of ice to climb so bring your own lunch and snacks and get ready to climb.  Also, it costs only $5.00 for UWS students so be sure to get into the MWC to sign up before it's too late!

Don't forget to bring a mug for hot cocoa!! That's right, we will make hot cocoa for everyone to sip on between climbs. So come hang out and meet some new people.
