Group exercise is a popular and fun way to become active. Interested individuals may pick up schedules and class descriptions at the Welcome Desk of HWC. Basic classes are free of charge, while specialized classes such as Aquafit are offered at a nominal charge to HWC members.

Express Abs: Work your abs like never before. Using a variety of equipment Kathryn will tone you tummy fast.
Body Sculpt: Sculpt your whole body with Kathryn through an assortment of effective exercises that will help you achieve the toned body you’ve always wanted.
Cardio Express: Get your heart pumping in Cardio Express! Sam will use the step and bosu to make you sweat.
Pilates: A great addition to any workout! Using your own body weight and the Pilates ring, Sam will shape your entire body.
Yoga: It’s time to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul with Kathryn. Increase you flexibility, balance, and endurance while reducing stress.
Tone N’ Tighten: Sam will lead you through upper and lower body exercises using free weights and additional exercise equipment to tone and tighten those troublesome areas!
Cardio Kickboxing: Whether you love kickboxing or you’ve always wanted to try… come and get your heart pumping and tone your entire body in this upbeat, energizing class! Dessa makes cardio so much fun!
Shock The Core: An intense workout for your entire midsection! Dessa uses a variety of techniques to target your abs, obliques and back. You’ve never had a workout like this before!
