Graduate Students - Graduate students expecting to graduate at the end of the term should apply for graduation no later than the date specified in the  academic calendar. Students apply on-line through their E-hive account by clicking the Apply for Graduation link.  A non-refundable graduation fee is to be paid at the Cashier's Window, Main 208. This fee does not cover the cost of academic apparel for the commencement ceremony.

Final grades are due from the instructors the early part of the week following the end of the term. Computer processing of grades requires an additional week. The degree clearance process takes place two to six weeks after the end of the term.
