ResNet is the main technology department for students who live in the Residence Halls. We try to support anything that deals with technology, including computer issues, network setup, telephone problems, cable television issues, video game consoles, and voicemail concerns. All in all, we try to help with anything technology related within the Halls.

ResNet does not cost students in the Residence Halls anything extra! Since we are affiliated with Residence Life, your fees help pay for your costs, so no extra fee is needed (for service only).

Mostly. If you currently live in the Residence Halls (you must have your student ID for verification), we will do our best to serve you. We also assist residence hall students with the use of wireless technology and gaming systems on campus. We do assist ALL students to get your wireless phone/device (i.e. Blackberry, iPad, etc.) on the network.

We are located in the basement of the Yellowjacket Union room number 26. You may reach us by using the stairs on the northeast side of the building, or by the elevator.
