Healthier Junk Food? Join us for helpful hints on how to make healthier food choices and howto chose healthful snacks.

How to make healthier choices:

· Select restaurants that offer salad and grilledfoods

· Chose a baked potato (limit butter/sour cream),salad or soup instead of French fries

· Add veggies to pizza instead of fatty meats suchas pepperoni or sausage

· Avoid value meals

· Skip the extra sauces and condiments

· Order water instead of pop

· Snacks that are healthy can be incorporated intoyour daily diet
