SAD light visors are available at the Library. They are located in the Reserve section and may be checked out for hourly use. These are extremely easy to use - just put on the visor, turn the hat on and the lights will automatically turn off when the timer is completed.

Student Health and Counseling/COPE also has 2 large tabletop SAD lights available for use in the waiting area located in MWC 1729.
