Submitting an Assessment

  1. On certain pages there will be Rubrics for Assessment(s) in the Page Information section (A), click the Rubrics for Assessment link to view the criteria for the standards and rubrics (B). (See image)

  2. When your content and artifacts meet the requirements, click the Submit Page link to begin the process.  For this example we will submit the Competency 1 - Artifact 1 page for assessment. (See image)
  3. On the Submit Page Assessment screen, once you start to type the name of the person into the text box, the system will automatically find matches, select the correct person and click the Submit button. (See image)

  4. On the last screen, you will receive confirmation that your page was submitted to the assessor(s) you selected.  Click on the Return button to go back to your portfolio. (See image

  5. If you want to remove your submission, click Withdraw link in the Page Information area.  Check the box next to the submission you want to remove.  Above the checkbox, you will find a message letting you know that the record of your withdraw will be placed in the assessor's records, and the submission will be permanently withdrawn.  Click Withdraw to remove the submitted assessment.  You will get a confirmation that there are no existing submissions for this page.  Click Return to go back to the Competency 1 - Artifact 1 page.
