Click on the Return To My Portfolios link to go back to the My Portfolios page with the Department List and Portfolios. (See image)

Use the Action dropdown menu and select the Download link for the portfolio you want to export to your "G" Drive, Flash drive, or CD. (See image)

Click the Download Now button. (See image)

When the File Download window appears, click Save and save the file to the appropriate location. (See image)

Note:  The files has been compressed, you will need to extract all the files in order to view them. (See image)  Some versions of Windows have an Extraction Wizard that can help with this process. (See image)

When the extract is complete, open the folder to view the files. (See image) Our example portfolio shows mostly HTML documents.  Your folder could also include PDFs, Word Documents, or other types of files depending on what you uploaded into your portfolio.

Note: You will be able to view the HTML files, but the links between pages will not function properly because the downloaded files are no longer hosted online.
