Click Share Page near the top of the Welcome Page (or any page in your portfolio). (See image)

On the Share Portfolio Page, select the radio button next to who you would like to share your portfolio with: a group inside the Chalk & Wire system (A), an individual inside the system (B), or secure URL for a group or individual outside the system (C). (See image)

1. When you select the Share With A Group radio button, if you haven't shared your portfolio with anyone before, it will say "No Group Present" and you will need to click the Create new group button to select the individuals for the group.  Click Continue when you are ready to go to the next step. 2. When you select the Share With An Individual radio button, you will need to type the person within the system that you would like to share your portfolio with.   Click Continue when you are ready to go to the next step. (See image)
   
   
3. When you select the Share Using a Secure URL radio button, you will need to click the Continue button to select an expiration date, password, and recipients. (See image)
   

On the Select Which Pages to Share screen, select the radio button next to the option you would like to use.  The default is "Share the Entire Portfolio", when you select that option, you will not have to worry that your viewer will not see all supporting documentation. (See image)

If you selected to Share with a Secure URL, in the Security Options section, click in the Expiry text line (1) to select an end date for access to your portfolio.  Type a Password (2) if you would like to require one to access the page or portfolio.  You can type a Personalized Message (3) to be sent to your viewers.  You can select your Recipients (4) by adding contacts to your portfolio.  You can also copy and paste the URL later if you decide not to add recipients on this step.  Click Continue when you are ready to go to the next step. You will get a confirmation that the share has been created.  Click Continue to see the secure URL. (See image)

This screen will show the Secure URL you just created.  Click Continue to be returned to the Welcome Page. (See image)

To copy the secure URL to use in an email, click on the Page Information icon, when the window opens, click on the "This page is shared with 1 secured URL(s)" message, this will take you to the Portfolio Page Sharing page. (See image)

Note: If you have shared this portfolio with an individual and/or group, it will also show on this screen.  For this example we also shared with an individual.
