Duties: Joe provides leadership for the Technology Support Services group in Technology Services. Technology Support Services is responsible for providing help, support, and training to the campus community on a wide range of technology resources. This includes supporting Microsoft Office and the Windows OS, network connection issues, Internet troubleshooting, wireless connections, desktop & laptop computer support, e-mail help, computer lab and classroom support, technology purchasing and all of the other services that keep the campus connected. Joe is a member of the Technology Services Management Team.

Work Experience: 2009-Present Director of Technology Support Services; 2000-2008 Help Desk Manager UW-Superior; 1990-1999 Store Manager, Dominos Pizza, Inc.; 1989-1998 United States Army and MN Army National Guard.
