Job Duties: Oracle/PeopleSoft/MyEhive user support and training, Imagenow user support, prototyping & testing lead for the Version 9 Campus Solutions upgrade.

Background and Work Experience:  With over twenty years of experience in IT end-user support (the past ten years at UW-Superior), Jim has served on numerous software implementations and provided excellent support to end-users in the roles of trainer, helpdesk specialist and business process analyst.
