• 1999-Present: UW-Superior server hardware, software and user account support. Manage and maintain software systems, upgrades and patches, and hardware upgrades/repairs on servers.
• 1995-1999: Contractor at seven U.S. Contingency Air Bases and two Target Ranges in the Republic of Korea, additional duties of contract small computer and Local Area Network Systems Manager.
• 1994-1995: Contractor at Contract Air Terminal Operations (CATO) Kunsan Air Base Korea. 
  
• Twenty years experience in diverse United States Air Force air transportation organizations. Service areas/dates: Osan AB, Korea/1987-1994 (Meritorious Service Medal); Andrews AFB, Maryland/1983-1987 Presidential Support (Commendation and Achievement Medal); Clark AB, Philippines/1977-1983; and Pope AFB, North Carolina/1975-1977.
• A.A.S. in Logistics Management, Community College of the Air Force, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, 1994.
• Numerous Microsoft and other courses for operating systems and server applications.
