Campus Technology Help Requests

Technology Support

Use this project to enter tickets for technology support in university offices, classrooms, and computer labs, including issues related to:

  • Your computer or printer is not working
  • You can't log-in to the campus network, E-Hive, Learn@UWSuperior, or Kronos
  • Not sure what to do if you get a virus message
  • Need help with your campus web page development

In general, if you're not sure which project to use, submit your ticket here and we will make sure the correct help is assigned.

Applications Support

This project is used to enter requests for modifications, or creation of campus applications, including issues related to: 

  • PeopleSoft/E-HIVE
  • ImageNow
  • CommonSpot and other web-related requests
  • PeopleSoft integration with other applications.
Phone/Voicemail Support

Use this project to enter requests for help with your telephone, including issues related to:  

  • Your phone needing repair
  • Your phone line being moved 
  • You need a new phone line set-up
  • Also, any phone billing changes should be entered here
