Our student information system is Oracle/PeopleSoft's Campus Solutions. Students and Faculty/Staff access it through MyEhive. Accounts are created upon students being Accepted to the University or upon hire for employees.
Some campus offices use this product to provide improved student service through paperless file processing. Documents for student admission, transfer, and financial aid are scanned and stored electronically and associated with the student's account. The campus owns only a few software licenses that are shared by the core offices using this product.

Learn@UW-Superior is the Desire2Learn (D2L) online learning environment we use to improve the teaching and learning experience on- and off-campus. Instructors are able to expand their lectures with online discussions and receive assignments from their students through the course dropboxes. On-campus and distance learning students benefit from having important class materials available whenever they need them.
UW-Superior uses this system to help educators improve their students' critical thinking and composition skills as well as check for improper citation or potential plagiarism.
UW-Superior uses the Chalk & Wire ePortfolio system for learning assessments. It provides students with a standards-based graphical portfolio, structured around the requirements of a specific department, that they can share with instructors and potential employers.
Footprints is Technology Services application used for issue tacking and management. The application is a comprehensive service desk management solution that centralizes, automates and integrates multiple support processes. We use the product for tracking issues at the helpdesk, managing requests for application support and programming, and for our telephone service. Using this system allows us to manage the multitude of issues that Technology Services works with on a daily basis. The system can be accessed from our Get Help page.
