| Voice Mail Instructions To program your personal voice mail message and to set the security code: - Lift handset, dial 5000 (voice mail extension number).
- At the beep, state your first and last name, press the * key.
- Press the first three letters of your last name on the dial (7 for Q & 9 for Z).
- Press one (1)
- Record your personal greeting at the beep.
- Enter a 4-10 digit security code, press the * key.
- Re-enter your security code to confirm it, press the * key.
- If satisfied with your mailbox settings, press 1 to confirm.
- To activate your voice mail, call forward to the voice mail extension.

| Voice Mail Tips - To interrupt and delete a message press 36 at anytime while listening
- Single line telephones have a ”stutter” dial tone to indicate voice mail pending and call every half hour.
- During the greeting, press * to go directly to the beep to leave a message.
- You may leave a message by the first three letters of the person’s last name instead of by extension number. To do this, press ## when voice mail asks for the extension number.
- You can dial through the voice mail prompts at any time. You don’t have to wait. (Example: Dial 5000, enter your security code and dial 4 to immediately get to your messages.
