Our Process | University Marketing and Communications

Whether you are developing a marketing piece on your own, or you lack the time or resources to do it yourself, University Marketing and Communications is here to assist you.

Refer to the steps below, depending on whether you develop your own project, or University Marketing and Communications develops it for you.

Projects Developed by Unit

  1. Create your materials.

  2. Submit your materials to University Marketing and Communications for brand review. Please allow 2-4 days.

  3. University Marketing and Communications will review the project.
    • If the project reflects and supports the university brand, University Marketing and Communications will send you an approval email.
    • If it does not reflect or support the university brand, University Marketing and Communications will send you "suggested changes" and/or "required changes." You must make required changes in order to receive approvals.
