Surveys of University of Wisconsin-Superior Writing Center clients indicate that 77% of respondents came to the Center because of instructor encouragement!  

One excellent way to provide the encouragement is by having a Writing Consultant from the Center visit your class.  The Consultant will spend around five minutes informing your students of Writing Center services.
