The Writing across the Curriculum Program offers two grant programs:

1. The Writing-Intensive/Writing/Inclusive Course Development and Enhancement Grants for individual instructors:  Grantees create or redesign courses to make them writing intensive or writing inclusive.

2.  The Writing-Infused Curriculum: A Grant for Academic Departments and Programs:  Grantees create or redesign entire curricula to be writing infused.

Grant Recipients and Projects in Rounds One and Two

Currently, the WAC Program is calling for applications for the first of these two types of grants: the Writing-Intensive/Writing-Inclusive Course Development and Enhancement Grants (third round).  These $500 grants-up to three of which will be granted in this round (funding pending)-are for individual instructors. All UW-Superior faculty and teaching staff are eligible to apply.  Please note that the grant period is April 2013 through December 2013.  Projects must involve courses to be offered in Fall 2013.

The deadline for submitting applications is March 25, 2013.
