Please select the gift option you prefer. You may designate how your gift is to be used, provide information on matching gifts from your employer, and designate whether your gift be made in honor of another person.

Use a credit card:
Complete the online gift form on our secure server and click the Confirm button at the bottom to submit your information. If you prefer to make a credit card gift by telephone, call toll free 888-893-8593 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Time. The UW-Superior Foundation accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Send a check:
Complete and print our gift form. Mail the form and your check to: UW-Superior Foundation, Belknap & Catlin P.O. Box 2000, Superior WI 54880-4500.

Make a pledge:
To a make a contribution over time, complete the online gift form on our secure server and click the Confirm button at the bottom to submit your information.

To make a pledge payment by:

  • Check -- Make your check payable to the UW-Superior Foundation and mail it to: UW-Superior Foundation, Belknap & Catlin P.O. Box 2000, Superior WI 54880-4500.

  • Credit card -- Complete the credit card portion of our online gift form and indicate that you are making a pledge payment. Click the Confirm button at the bottom to submit your information.

Set up an automatic bank draft:
 Our electronic funds transfer program is a convenient way to automatically make a gift over time. Complete and print the electronic funds transfer form, then mail it with a voided bank check to: UW-Superior Foundation, Belknap & Catlin P.O. Box 2000, Superior WI 54880-4500.

Make a planned gift:
Many people earn tax benefits by making a gift each year or by making provisions in their estate plans to help UW-Superior. Our Estate and Planned Giving Guide offers more information.
