  • 25% deposits are required for rentals of $100 or more
  • Reservations may not be confirmed without a deposit for rentals of $100 or more
  • A written cancellation must be received within 30 working days of the event date for a full refund
  • All reservations may be charged direct costs for set up, equipment use, staffing, cleaning or damages
  • Additional charges will also be administered for large special events when applicable
  • Wessman Weddings/ Sunday-Thursday $275, Friday & Saturday $350 + direct costs

Field Trips (4 hour maximum)

  
For groups that will be using the HWC Facilities, Group Size
(Court Space, Racquetball Courts, Lobby & Locker Room usage)
and equipment (racquets, balls, etc.)		 1-9 Participants: $5 per person
Reservations cannot exceed 4 hours in length 10-29 Participants: $4 per person
