Visitor Stats

• Absolute Unique Visitors - the standard report tells how many hits the website gets, which includes recurring hits by the same person. This report doesn't count recurring hits - it only counts a person once.
• Visitor Loyalty - the number of people who return to the website after their first visit.
• Time of Day - what time of day do visitors view the website?
• Time on Site - how long do visitors stay on the website?
• Visit Length - how long to visitors stay at an individual webpage?
• Keywords - when people are using search engines to find information on the website, these are the keywords they are searching for.
• Search Engines - what search engines are people using to find information on the website?
• University Site Search Start Pages - these are the pages people are at when they use the University Site Search.
• University Site Search Keywords - these are the keywords or phrases people search for when using the University Site Search.
• University Site Search Usage - how many people that use the website use the University Site Search?
• Traffic Sources - these are the external websites people come from when they visit the website.
• Visit Depth - when people are on the website, how many pages do they view?
• Bounce Rate - how many people visit only one webpage, then leave?
• Geographic Location (World View) - where in the world are visitors at when viewing the website?
• Geographic Location (WI View) - when people from Wisconsin view the website, where in WI are they?
• Geographic Location (MN View) - when people from Minnesota view the website, where in MN are they?
  

Content

• Top Content by URL - these are the most requested webpages on the website.
• Top Content by Title - same as the Top Content by URL, but displays Page Title instead.
• Landing Pages - when a visitor comes to the website, what is the first page they view?
• Exit Pages - when a visitor leaves the website, what is the last UW-Superior webpage they were at?
• A to Z Index (HTM Version) - what pages people came from to the A to Z Index, what pages they went to from the A to Z Index
• News and Events - what news and event articles were most viewed?
• Staff Directory - what faculty/staff profiles were viewed the most?
• Homepage Navigation Paths - where did people come from to get to the homepage and where did they go?
  

Software Stats

• Browsers and Operating Systems - this report lists what browser/OS combinations visited the website.
• Browsers and Devices - lists what web browsers people used to view the website and also what hand held devices they used.
• Operating Systems - what operating systems do people use when visiting the website? Systems such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 95, etc.

Hardware Stats

• Mobile Devices - what hand held or mobile device are people using to visit our website. This includes devices such as blackberries, iphones, etc.
• Screen Colors - how many colors are our visitor's monitors set to?
• Screen Resolution - what size screen do our visitors have?
  

Network Stats

• Internet Service Providers - what ISPs do our visitors use when visiting the website?
