Andre Anderson

The scholarships were very helpful. I'm not in debt and very happy."

ANDRE UNLEASHED

Anderson says experiences both on and off campus at [NAMEONLY:SCHOLNAME] helped him realize he was a “diamond in the rough."

"I studied abroad in China for an academic year. That experience really changed my path," he says. Anderson did a transportation and logistics internship in Hong Kong. After graduation, Anderson hopes to work at the Minneapolis-St. Paul or Chicago O'Hare airports or attend graduate school, ultimately working in the Asia-U.S. logistics field.

TWIN PORTS AREA

Andre says he has grown to appreciate the area, especially because of his travel opportunities through UW-Superior. Growing up in the Superior area and attending UW-Superior was an easy and cost effective transition for Andre.

ON CAMPUS

Anderson's time at UW-Superior was also heavily impacted by his scholarships: "The scholarships were very helpful. I'm not in debt and very happy!"

Andre also was the President of the Stimulus Club, he went to an economics conference and got students to be involved with undergraduate research.
