A 1985 graduate of UW-Superior where he wrestled and played football, Mach has made an indelible mark on the coaching profession following his graduation, coaching track and field, football, wrestling and power lifting. 

Mach has coached numerous conference championship teams and state qualifiers and for the past ten years has worked as a clinician with the Bigger, Stronger, Faster program. Mach has also had numerous articles published, most notably in Pointer After II Magazine, Wisconsin Preps Plus Magazine, and Bigger, Stronger, Faster Magazine.
