Jake Smith
A native of Rhinelander, Wis., Smith enjoyed a decorated career with the Yellowjacket men's basketball program, finishing his illustrious career as the top scorer in school history in 2011. Smith was a three-time All-WIAC First Team selection and shared the conference's Player of the Year award in 2010-11. That same season, Smith was named All-Region by d3hoops.com and the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

  • In 2007-08 he was named 1st Team All-WIAC, and was 4th in the conference in scoring, 9th in rebounding, 8th in field goal percentage and led the conference in free throw percentage
  • In 2008-09 he was named honorable mention All-WIAC, and was 6th in the conference in scoring
  • In 2009-10 he was 1st Team All-WIAC, and was 4th inconference scoring, 5th in rebounding and 4th in field goal percentage
  • In 2010-11 he was 1st Team All-WIAC and named
    Co-Player of the Year, 3rd in scoring and 5th in rebounding in conference play, was chosen to play in the Reese’s NABC D3 All-Star game, and named 1st Team All-Region by the NABC and 2nd Team
