This workshop will give you some essential steps to achieving it by learning the importance of clear and frequent communication; the 3-question, one-on-one meeting for beginning and maintaining positive employee relations; and identifying strategies to improving on-the-job attitudes. You will also learn effective performance management practices (i.e. performance evaluation, corrective action, progressive discipline, coaching) that can help your employees succeed.
