Living Well in Mind, Body and Spirit

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2021, 2:30 - 4 PM

Join professionals from UW-Superior’s Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being for a four-part virtual workshop focusing on their PERMANENT* Model of Well-Being, a holistic approach to living well in body, mind and spirit. You will learn well-being concepts and strategies to flourish in your personal and professional life. All lessons will be based on the most up-to-date scientific research, mainly from the fields of positive psychology, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and positive education. Each week will include the PERMANENT Model’s process: learn, experience, reflect and repeat.
