Student Organization Budget Workshop (REQUIRED)

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2021, 1 - 2 PM

SUFAC will be holding the annual Student Organization Budget Workshop for 2021-2022 fiscal year budget requests on February 24th and 25th. Two student representatives from each organization are required to attend one of the workshops. Advisors are welcome to attend, but they do not count as one of the representatives. At this workshop, we will be going over the budget process step-by-step so that everybody is on the same page and we all know what to do. We will also be answering any questions you may have about the process, so please feel free to ask. Below are the dates, times, and locations of each of the workshops. Please choose one to send representatives to (representatives may choose either workshop; they do not need to attend the same one).

Wednesday, February 24th:

1:00 pm-2:00 pm on Zoom (Link below)

Please keep in mind that attendance at one of the workshops is mandatory, and failure to attend will result in a 50% budget cut for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. In the case that only one representative of a student organization attends the workshop, the organization will receive a 10% budget cut for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. If representatives from your organization are unable to attend at least one of these workshops, then you must contact me beforehand so we can set up a separate time to go over the process.
