Virtual Tai Chi - Continuing through summer!

LOCIATION: This is a virtual class open to everyone - staff, faculty, students, and the greater community. Everyone is welcome!

Join the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being every Tuesday at 4pm for Live Tai Chi via Zoom throughout the spring semester! Taught by our new partner, Richard Tosseland.

Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility and balance, and can also help people become more centered, calm and focused. It can also greatly reduce a person's reactions to stress. The ultimate goal of Tai Chi is to enhance the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body, mind and spirit.

Richard Tosseland is a licensed acupuncturist with a deep interest in Tai Chi. He has been practicing and teaching this ancient health exercise since 1983.
