The processes for development and implementation of specific programing in a nonprofit organization will be discussed as well as the evaluation of program outcomes for clients and the program's impact on the community. Participants will consider the use of research and theory of change in developing the program as well as evaluation methodologies and practical tools for measuring program success. Budgeting and staffing for programs will also be discussed.
