Developing support from individuals is critical to a nonprofit. This session will cover identifying prospective donors and using research data and databases. Fundraising tactics including mail, phone, web, social media, estate and legacy gifts, capital campaigns, endowments, and fundraising and/or friend-raising events will be discussed. Managing cost to raise a dollar and other fundraising management techniques will be covered as well as the importance of donor stewardship.
