This new and advanced certificate is designed for those with experience in the HR field, in leadership positions, or who have completed the HR Management Certificate. These workshops will help you build on your existing knowledge and skills to support organizational success. *We offer CEUs upon request, and are applying to offer SHRM and HRCI recertification credits.* 

Certificate Requirements

You will receive the Advanced HR Management Certificate upon completion of all 6 workshops within a 2-year period. The workshop topics include: Leadership & Strategic Planning; Customer Experience & Human-Centered Design; Workforce Planning, Metrics & Analytics; Risk and Change Management; Employee Engagement; and Teambuilding & Conflict Resolution. 

Certificate Fees

Advanced HR Management Certificate: $129/per workshop day + $25 transcript fee.

Individual Workshops (not enrolled in certificate): 1-day workshop $149.
