Creating Health Behavior Changes that Last

Why does it always seem so hard to stick to healthy habits? Why does it always feel so daunting and overwhelming? Why do our New Year's resolutions fall off track so quickly? The answer to these questions is that we try to make big changes that will create immediate results. Wanting to create healthy changes for our life and wellness is good, but we need to create change that is manageable and sustainable. This workshop will help you learn how to ditch the herculean changes that crash and burn over time, and instead learn to create small, cumulative lifestyle changes – including weight loss and exercise habits – that will initiate and maintain healthy behavior over time.
